My cats peed on my pleather jacket so i Dropped my jacket off Wednesday night and was told that it wouldn't be ready until Saturday at 3. I told them that I had a flight at 2 and would need it beforehand and if I could pick it up by 11am. They told me that they would make it happen and they did. The ladies were nice but I wish they would have been able to take the smell all the way out.
Had tailoring done by a very pleasant older lady. I was very happy with the transaction.
